A WAY BACK TO YOUR WORK

Let’s get you back in.

Enter your email and the recovery key you saved when creating your account. This replaces your old password and recovery key, signs out existing sessions, and revokes the tenant API keys you created. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you also need your authenticator or one unused two-factor backup code. Your account recovery key does not replace this second factor.

Use 15–128 characters. A few memorable words work well.

Use the six-digit code from your authenticator app, or one unused two-factor backup code. This is separate from your account recovery key.

This also requires an unused two-factor backup code and your account recovery key. A code from your authenticator app cannot remove this protection. Leave this unchecked to keep two-factor authentication enabled after resetting your password. Your final backup code can be used with this removal option. After removing a lost authenticator, sign in and add a new one in Account security.

If you lost your recovery key, a signed-in browser can generate a replacement in Account security after confirming your current password. An email reset is not available.
